Pro-Bolt Fuel Tank Cap Bolts Installation

If you want to bling up your bike, you can't go past Pro-Bolt who offer aluminium, titanium, and stainless steel bolts in a wide variety of vibrant colours.
We recently fitted some aluminium Yamaha Fuel Tank Cap Bolts to the Hurtle Gear Yamaha MT-07.
Installation is very simple, just follow these steps:
- Like all Pro-Bolt kits, open up the pack and layout all the bolts according to their size. It's much easier to replace everything correctly when they are lined up and grouped by size
- Replace one bolt at a time. That is, remove one bolt from your bike, match it to the same bolt in the Pro-Bolt kit, and screw it in. Then move onto the next one
- Don't over-tighten. Depending on the screw/bolt you're replacing, there may be torque settings that need to be used, and even for small bolts there are maximum torque settings depending on the size and material of the bolts. You don't want to over-tighten and accidentally shear off the bolt head or something
- Work your way through the entire kit until done
Easy! Our demo bike has a bit of a black theme so we went with the black bolts, but they also come in Silver, Red, Blue, Gold, Purple and Orange, so you can mark up your bike as much as you want!
