Yamaha MT-07 Tail Tidy Installation
Author: Grae Olsen Date Posted: 9 February 2017
I recently fitted a tail tidy to the Hurtle Gear Yamaha MT-07 Demo Bike.
The product I chose was the Evotech Performance Yamaha MT-07 Tail Tidy, which is made from aircraft-grade aluminium, and looks great.
Being a typical bloke I forged ahead and tried my own way without studying the instructions properly, so I ran into a tiny problem or two, such as putting some of the panels back on in the wrong order.
So I would highly recommend only using the video below as a general illustration of how it goes on, but when you install it yourself follow the Evotech Performance instructions step-by-step.
Overall it's a fairly simple install, and the end result looks fantastic.
You can get hold of the Evotech Performance tail tidy here.

Road Legal
By: Hurtle Gear on 27 May 2019Hi Francis, we've sold thousands of these tail tidies and never had anyone say they have been pinged, but we always advise customers to keep their original fender just in case there's an issue, or you need to go over the pits. Police attitudes tend to vary from state to state! Cheers
