Even if you have R&G crash protectors fitted to you bike, your engine cases are still at risk of damage. This engine case slider for the KTM 990 Super Duke LC8, 950/990 Adventure, 950/990SM, 990SMT, 990SMR models is made from Carbon reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® and fits neatly and easily to the existing engine case and will provide additional protection in the event of a drop. Fitted with silicon (provided with the kit) for secure adhesion. The engine case slider can be removed if required. Fits right hand side only (left hand side available - see related products below). Note: When removing the engine case slider it is possible that some residue will be left on the casing but this is easily removed with a little work.
