These rear spindle bobbins (axle sliders) for the R 1250 R Sport are designed to protect the rear of the Cardan drive shaft casing, hub and wheel. Made by Evotech Performance, the spindle bobbins (axle sliders) have an injection-moulded nylon bobbin head that sits upon an aluminium centralising spacer, rotating with the wheel to minimise impact damage on one area and reduce stress on the wheel. A machined and coated aluminium hub stop on the non-drive side complements the BMW��s stylish design.
