These rear spindle bobbins (axle sliders) for the R 1250 GS Adventure Rallye have a nylon bobbin head and aluminium centralising spacer on the driveline side to help protect the rear of the Cardan drive shaft casing, hub and wheel. The bobbin head rotates with the wheel to ease impact damage on one area and reduce stress on the wheel. A machined and coated aluminium hub stop on the non-drive side complements the BMW���s stylish design.
